J Series - Self-priming centrifugal pump
The J Series is a self-priming centrifugal pump designed for applications in process industries, water and wastewater, wastewater treatment plants, fire and rescue, municipal services, infrastructure, and construction. The pump is available in several configurations, both as a compact, direct-coupled unit with a motor and as a freestanding version with a base plate, shaft coupling, and B3 motor.

Features and benefits
- Unique design with built-in check valve that can handle suction heights up to 7.5 m. The design allows for the replacement of submersible pumps with dry-installed service-friendly installations.
- Open impellers and unobstructed passages allow for the handling of contaminated liquids containing particles up to 76 mm. Front-mounted inspection hatches and a ”back-pull-out” design facilitate easy maintenance and inspections.
- The pumps are available in many different material combinations and designs to optimally suit each application.
- Conical seal chamber with internally mounted balanced carbide or silicon carbide seals as standard provides long service life.
- Available in block-mounted versions as well as with free shaft end and reinforced bearing.
- A variety of options such as. ATEX design, cutting impellers, magnetic drive, mobile arrangements, gasoline/diesel drive etc. provide a wide range of applications
Specifications
- Flows up to 1200 m3/h and pressures up to 110 m.
- Temperature range: -10 to +80 °C. Higher temperatures are available upon request.
- Materials: Parts in contact with liquids are available in various material combinations, such as cast iron and acid-resistant SS316 stainless steel. Special materials are available upon request.
- Elastomer: NBR, VITON®, and PTFE.
- Several options are available, such as ATEX-compliant designs, cutting impellers, magnetic drive, mobile configurations, and gasoline or diesel operation. This gives the pump a wide range of applications.

TCH series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps ISO 2858
The Pompetravainis TCH series is a chemical-grade centrifugal pump developed in accordance with ISO 5199 Class II and sized according to ISO 2858/DIN 24256.
