Reliable operation without bushings in the liquid zone
The CGV-S cantilever vertical centrifugal sump pump is specifically designed for applications where abrasive solids and dry running can damage conventional vertical pumps.
The cantilever design eliminates guide bushings near the impeller, removing a common area of wear and ensuring safe and trouble-free operation even in demanding process environments.
All liquid-affected parts are made of chemical-resistant thermoplastics (PP, PVDF, PE-HD/PE-UHMW), making the CGV-S ideal for corrosive and aggressive liquids. The compact vertical design with column lengths from 500 to 1500 mm allows easy integration into tanks and sumps.
A high-strength, fully coated cantilevered shaft supported by robust bearings in a cast iron intermediate adapter ensures excellent mechanical stability, low vibration and long service life.
The pump is available with semi-open impellers for liquids with particles or closed impellers for high temperature solutions, providing flexibility for a wide range of applications.
The flexible coupling absorbs misalignment and allows the motor to be dismantled without taking the pump apart, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.
CGV-S is a durable and cost-effective solution for industries that require maximum reliability, resistance to wear and corrosion, and minimal maintenance in vertical sump pump applications.
