TCT series - Chemical norm centrifugal pumps with vortex impellers ISO 2858
The TCT series is a centrifugal pump with an open vortex impeller, designed for handling liquids containing suspended solids or fibers, as well as muddy and viscous media.
The pump is based on the TCH series design and uses several common components, which simplifies maintenance and reduces the need for spare parts. The vortex principle ensures that the fluid is handled by the vortex motion generated by the impeller, resulting in gentle handling of contaminated and particulate-laden media.

- The monoblock design ensures easy installation and maintains proper alignment even after transport.
Specifications
- Capacity: flow rates up to 250 m³/h and pressures up to 7 bar.
- Temperature range: -40 to +260 °C, depending on pressure and material selection.
- Materials: Parts in contact with liquids are available in various material combinations, such as cast iron, ductile iron, AISI 316/ASTM CF-8M, ASTM CN7M, Incoloy 825, and Hastelloy C. Special materials are available upon request.
- Shaft seals: internally mounted mechanical shaft seals in various material combinations in accordance with ISO 3069 and EN 12756.
- Connections: flanges in accordance with UNI 2223-2229 PN 16.
- Optional features: ATEX-compliant design and other application-specific options.
