MMB-N/MMB-L series - Magnetic drive centrifugal pump
The MMB-N and MMB-L series is a magnetic drive centrifugal pump designed for maximum safety, reliability and efficiency in demanding chemical and industrial applications.
Eliminating mechanical seals completely removes the risk of leaks - protecting the environment, improving the working environment and reducing maintenance costs.
Magnetic drive ensures smooth, non-contact operation with no wear on seals, resulting in longer service life. The heavy-duty pump housing in extra thick PP or PVDF provides exceptional chemical resistance and durability.
Optimized impellers in PP or PVDF provide stable and energy-efficient performance, while the integrated rear vanes enable automatic axial self-balancing for reduced wear. A high-performance rotor with central lubrication channel extends bearing life and ensures precise impeller alignment. The fully encapsulated Nd-Fe-B magnetic core provides superior corrosion protection and the powerful external magnetic coupling ensures efficient, slip-free power transmission.
Advanced bearing materials minimize friction and withstand harsh operating conditions, ensuring long-term reliability. Reinforced flanges and a robust motor adapter with integrated support feet provide safe installation, high mechanical stability and reduced vibrations.
The result is a powerful and low-maintenance pumping solution that delivers safe, efficient and reliable performance in the most demanding process environments.
