Revolution - Circumferential piston Pump
Revolution is a new generation of piston rotor pumps with unique features and advantages compared to conventional piston rotor pumps. A unique new design combines the advantages of both piston and lobe rotor pumps. This provides improved hygiene, front mounted seals, self-draining function and increased serviceability.

Prepared for flush sealing as standard - easy to convert afterwards at very low cost!
CIP/SIP certified & self-draining with std surface finish Ra 0.8 (opt Ra 0.5). Complies with EHEDG, 3A, FD/USP6, EU1935/2004 and ATEX.
Extremely high efficiency even at low viscosities.
Also available for Energy & Paper Mill with flanges. Suitable for tall oil at high pressures, starch with gentle handling, soap, lye, digestion fluid, etc.
Handles with Armalloy coating abrasive liquids such as Kaolin, Potassium Carbonate, Talc, Peroxide PCC, Resins etc.
Dimensionally fully interchangeable with Waukesha U1 and U2.
- Flows up to 91 m3/h and pressures up to 31 Bar.
- Temperature range: 150 °C
- Materials: Wetted parts in SS316L acid-proof steel and Wright 808 ”Non-cutting” Alloy material in rotors. (Other materials on request)
- Elastomer: EPDM FDA, Nitrile FDA, FKM FDA, EPDM USP VI, FFKM, FFKM/PTFE (Other materials on request)
- Connections: SMS, Clamp, DIN Aseptic 11864-1, -2, -3, DIN flange, ISO flange (other connections on request)
- Available in a range of options: ATEX etc.
