Extremely robust construction with low noise level.
Excellent for applications where the pump is to be self-priming, providing accurate repeatable flow.
Extremely high efficiency at low viscosity.
Pumps/spare parts interchangeable with Waukesha® U1 & U2.

Specifications

Capacity: flow rates up to 102 m³/h and pressures up to 34 bar.
Temperature range: 150 °C
Materials: 316L acid-proof steel wetted parts and unique ”non-cutting” metal in rotors.
Sealing options: Single and double mechanical seal, single and double O-ring seal.
Materials: Parts in contact with the fluid are made of acid-resistant AISI 316L stainless steel, and the rotors are made of WFT 808® non-cutting alloy. Other materials available upon request.
Elastomer: Nitrile FDA, FKM FDA, EPDM FDA, Silicon FDA (Other materials on request)
Connections: Clamp, IMDA (ACME/Bevel), RJT, NPT, SMS, DIN11851, DIN Flange
Available in a range of options: ATEX etc.
