HD series - Heavy duty gear pump
The HD (Heavy Duty) series is a very robust gear pump designed for viscous media and demanding applications in the process industry. The pump is service-friendly and has a front and back pull-out design as well as an axially adjustable rotor, which enables easy maintenance and minimizes downtime.

Features and benefits
- Optimal rotor/gear geometry provides very high efficiency and suction capacity up to 5 meters of vacuum in dry design.
- A wide range of add-ons and material combinations optimize the HD series for a variety of applications in the process industry.
- In-line or 90° angle connections, reversible flow and attached overflow valves provide optimal installation options.

- Material: Cast iron
- Seals: Teflon-impregnated box packing, single mechanical shaft seal in accordance with the DIN 24960/KU standard, double mechanical shaft seal in accordance with the DIN 24960/KU standard, and cartridge seal. Additional configurations are available upon request.
- Connections: Inv. BSP G, Flange ISO 2084, DIN 25012, BS 4504 1969, ANSI B 16.5
- Optional features: integrated bypass valve and complete heating/cooling jacket for refrigerant, steam, hot water, or electric heating.

ED series - Magnetic drive gear pump
The ED Series is a magnetically driven gear pump in an Environmental Duty design for applications with high demands on the environment, safety, and low total cost of ownership. The pump is available in cast iron, carbon steel, and acid-resistant steel and features a magnetic coupling that reduces the risk of leakage. ED pumps are a cost-effective alternative to traditionally sealed pumps, particularly in applications where double mechanical shaft seals would otherwise be required. By eliminating the shaft seal, the need for maintenance, support systems, and seal replacement can be reduced.
