PD Series (Pedro Duty) - Gear Pump for the Petrochemical Industry
The PD Series (Pedro Duty) is a gear pump for the refining and petrochemical industries, developed in accordance with the requirements of API 676, 2nd edition.
All pumps are tested hydrostatically and dynamically at the factory and are shipped with an individual test certificate. Upon request, the pump can be shipped with NDT test results, welding documentation, painting documentation, and a 3.1B certificate.

- The service-friendly front- and rear-pull-out design, along with the axially adjustable rotor, simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime.
- Optimal rotor/gear geometry provides very high efficiency and suction capacity up to 5 meters of vacuum in dry design.
- A wide selection of options and material combinations makes the PD series adaptable to various applications in the process industry.
- In-line or 90° angle connections, reversible flow and attached overflow valves provide optimal installation options.

- Capacity: flow rates up to 250 m³/h and pressures up to 16 bar. Design pressure in accordance with ANSI Class 300 or PN 40.

- Material: Made of carbon steel
- Mechanical seals: Teflon impregnated box seal, Mechanical shaft seal acc. DIN 24960 - KU standard, Double mechanical shaft seal acc. DIN 24960 - KU standard. Cartridge seal and others.
- Connections: Inv. BSP G, Flange ISO 2084, DIN 25012, BS 4504 1969, ANSI B 16.5
- Options: Integrated bypass valve, Complete heating/cooling jacket available (cooling media, steam/hot water or electric heating), etc.
