Snap-on gaskets
The two most common causes of over-compression are over-tightening the nut or two connections not being fully aligned, forcing them to be pressed together. This results in a damaged gasket and the gasket entering the flow direction, creating flow disturbances. Our snap-on gaskets have a built-in plastic ring that acts as a stop where the gasket is properly compressed. This makes over-compression impossible.
