Non-[Ex] cameras for tank monitoring
A complete range of stainless steel non-[Ex] cameras is used worldwide for safe process monitoring. The cameras meet the highest quality requirements in accordance with the quality promise ”Swiss Excellence - Since 1936”.
PoE network cameras are a proven solution for remote monitoring in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental and energy sectors.
The cameras are used on closed containers, such as boilers, agitators, tanks and bioreactors, and on open containers, such as laboratory mixers. They are also used on flow indicators and pipelines. Thanks to their very good light sensitivity, the cameras can also be used in low-light environments.
The range consists of two product series. Each product can be configured to specific needs, making it possible to meet all common application requirements. Below is an overview of the options available:
- Product ranges: videoLUX® S: Casing with ⌀79 × 158 mm, videoLUX® XS: Casing with ⌀47 × 127 mm
- Compatibility: For sight glasses according to or equivalent to DIN 28120, DIN 28121, DIN 11851 and for metal-reinforced sight glasses
- Nominal widths / clear visibility: From a clear view of 40 mm (depending on focal length)
- Possible combinations: With non-[Ex] lighting fixtures, wipers, motorized wipers and spraying devices
- Ambient temperature: -30 °C to +50 °C
- Protection class: IP66/IP68 (according to IEC 60529)
- Material: Stainless steel housing (1.4404 / 316L)
- Power supply: PoE (single-cable solution)
- Zoom: With or without motorized varifocal lens
- Light sensitivity: videoLUX® S: 0.0008 lux, videoLUX® XS: 0.05 lux
- Resolution: Full HD (1920 × 1080p)
