The CFV-N is a vertical centrifugal sump pump in reinforced fiberglass, developed for moderately to highly corrosive liquids and demanding operating conditions. As part of the Vitrum range, the pump delivers reliable high performance, even at extreme temperatures from -45 °C to +120 °C.
All fluid-carrying parts are made of reinforced fiberglass (FRP) with advanced RTM technology, providing excellent chemical resistance, wear resistance and mechanical strength. The extra heavy-duty pump housing ensures stable and long-lasting operation in continuous applications.
Column lengths are available from 500 to 5000 mm.
The pump is equipped with a self-balancing semi-open impeller, optimized for liquids with particles and has an efficient hydraulic performance. A robust, fully coated shaft further contributes to low vibration and long service life.
The CFV-N is equipped with precision-engineered plain bearings that ensure precise shaft guidance and minimal wear, even under demanding operating conditions.
- Static sliding bearings in PTFE CG provide very good chemical resistance and low friction.
- Al₂O₃ (aluminum oxide) rotating plain bearings provide high hardness and long wear life.
- Silicon carbide (SiC) combinations are available as an option for extremely abrasive or extra demanding applications.
The advanced plain bearing system provides smooth, vibration-free operation, extended component life and lower maintenance costs.
The flexible coupling allows the motor to be dismantled without having to remove the pump, minimizing downtime. In addition, the axial shaft adjustment system makes it possible to restore the pump's original performance over time.
CFV-N is a durable and cost-effective solution for applications where corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and reliability are essential.

TCT series - Keminorm centrifugal pump with vortex impellers ISO 2858
Centrifugal pump with open vortex impeller. Suitable for handling liquids with suspended solids or fibers as well as muddy and viscous media. The impeller is of the internal vortex type. All these series use several common components. Units up to 30 kW can be close coupled, with the addition of a lantern piece to B5 flange motors. This monoblock design provides alignment advantages, easy assembly and guarantee of perfect alignment, even after transportation. -
