CGV-E series - Long coupled vertical centrifugal sump pump
The CGV-E is a long-coupled vertical centrifugal sump pump designed to deliver high efficiency, maximum reliability and long life in demanding chemical processes.
The robust but compact design makes the pump easy to handle, install and provides reliable operation even in continuous use.
The pump is manufactured from chemical resistant thermoplastics (PP, PVDF, PE-UHMW) in combination with carefully selected elastomers, making it ideal for acidic, alkaline and aggressive media. The fully thermoplastic column and discharge line provide excellent corrosion protection and minimize maintenance requirements and with column lengths from 500 to 5000 mm, the pump offers great flexibility and can be adapted to a variety of tank depths and process requirements.
The heavy-duty construction, with extra strong pump casing, reinforced base plate and a fully coated high strength steel shaft, ensures stable, vibration-free operation and long service life. The pump can be supplied with a semi-open impeller for liquids with particles or a closed impeller for high temperature applications, making the CGV-E flexible for many different operating conditions.
Thanks to self-balancing impellers, high-performance plain bearings and a flexible coupling that compensates for misalignment, the pump operates smoothly and efficiently. The coupling solution also allows the motor to be dismantled without having to remove the pump, reducing downtime and simplifying servicing.
CGV-E is a reliable and cost-effective solution for industrial applications where chemical resistance, reliability and easy maintenance are essential.

DSL/NSL/ESL series - Inline centrifugal pump
The DESMI DSL, NSL and ESL series is a vertical in-line centrifugal pump in a space-saving design that can be easily installed in existing piping systems. The DSL/NSL/ESL series have high efficiency, low NPSH requirements, are easy to install and have low maintenance costs. DSL/NSL/ESL series in-line centrifugal pumps are widely used in various applications and markets. Easy installation and access for maintenance, monobloc design without alignment requirements - with or without ball bearings, or spacer coupling NSL is a radial split, single-stage centrifugal pump in in-line design with connecting flanges according to international standards. The pumps can handle electric motors with different international flange dimensions. The pump casing is fitted with a replaceable sealing ring.
