CD series - "Chemical duty" gear pump
The CD (Chemical Duty) series gear pump is made of acid-proof steel for tough, corrosive applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
- Service friendly with front & back pull out design, axially adjustable rotor, for easy maintenance and reduced downtime.
- Optimal rotor/gear geometry provides very high efficiency and suction capacity up to 5 meters of vacuum in dry design.
- A wide range of add-ons and material combinations optimize the CD series for a variety of applications in the process industry.
- In-line or 90° angle connections, reversible flow and attached overflow valves provide optimal installation options.
- Flows up to 250 m3/h and pressures up to 16 Bar.
- Temperature range: up to 250 °C
- Material: Acid-proof steel 316L
- Mechanical seals: Teflon impregnated box seal, Mechanical shaft seal acc. DIN 24960 - KU standard, Double mechanical shaft seal acc. DIN 24960 - KU standard. Cartridge seal and others.
- Connections: Inv. BSP G, Flange ISO 2084, DIN 25012, BS 4504 1969, ANSI B 16.5
- Options: Integrated bypass valve, Complete heating/cooling jacket available (cooling media, steam/hot water or electric heating), etc.

Petrochemical Duty (PD series) is a gear pump designed for applications in the refinery and petrochemical industry, developed to meet the requirements of API 676 (2nd edition). All pumps are hydrostatically and dynamically tested at the factory and have their own test certificate and can be supplied on request NDT test, Welding, Painting, 3.1B certificate etc.
