Debem Hygienic Solutions is an Italian family business operating in the food and pharmaceutical pump market since 1982. It has a long experience in the design and construction of products for handling food and pharmaceutical applications where a high degree of cleanliness, documentation and gentle product handling are important.
Debem's fine range of hygienic pumps is available for flows up to 340 l/min and max pressure 8 bar where all wetted parts are polished to Ra. 0.8 and in stainless steel SS316L with full traceability
Debem has developed its own patented, reliable and energy-efficient air motor that is made entirely of stainless steel and is easy to clean on the outside, the so-called COP. COP.
The diaphragms are designed completely without shaft penetration and with FDA certified materials.
The pumps are available with a stainless steel stand and can thus be rotated 360 degrees. The design is developed to allow complete drainage after cleaning and meets the requirements for internal drainage.
Extremely easy to maintain and we stock Debem service kits with full documentation.
Several optional extras are available, such as diaphragm rupture indicators, mobile trolleys, pulsation dampers, documentation packages, etc.
