Debem AISIBOXER / SANIBOXER - Hygienic, compressed-air-driven diaphragm pump
DEBEM AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER is a hygienic, compressed-air-driven diaphragm pump designed for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other hygienic applications. The series is certified according to MOCA, ATEX, and FDA standards. The pumps feature a patented drive assembly and are certified to industry standards such as 3-A and MOCA. They are designed for standard washing and cleaning processes such as CIP, SIP, and COP.
The pump has a system that allows the pump to be rotated to be completely drained of liquid in both chambers.
The pumps are suitable for handling liquids in the food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and hair care industries. The SANIBOXER version is 3-A certified and equipped with sensors that detect diaphragm failure to prevent contamination during operation.
- These pumps are an optimal solution for transporting low- and high-viscosity liquids, even those containing suspended solids.
- The pumps can be customized to meet various production needs and to optimize fluid handling.
- AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER are manufactured from mechanically polished AISI 316L with a surface roughness of Ra < 0.8 µm.
- Anti-vibration feet (3A certified for the SANIBOXER version).
- Flows up to 340 l/min and pressures up to 8 Bar.
- Temperature range: up to 95 °C, 130 °C at counter CIP, COP and SIP
- Material: Acid-resistant AISI 316L with a surface finish of less than < 0,8 μm.
