We are proud to announce that Colly Flowtech has been named one of Sweden's best workplaces 2025 by Great Place to Work. The prestigious award is based on the world's largest employee survey, where companies are evaluated and ranked based on their employees' experience of, among other things, leadership, work climate and trust. During the gala at Berns in Stockholm on April 24, this year's ranking was presented, where Colly Flowtech placed 19th in the category of medium-sized organizations (50-249 employees).
Being named one of Sweden's best workplaces is a fantastic achievement that all of us at Colly Flowtech can be extremely proud of. This award reflects the commitment and passion that each employee contributes. It is through our strong teamwork and our common will to create a positive work environment that we have achieved this success,
says Max Malm, CEO of Colly Flowtech.
Great Place to Work has been ranking Sweden's best workplaces for 23 years. The ranking is based on a comprehensive culture review and feedback from thousands of employee surveys where employees rate their employers. This certification is a testament to the strong and inclusive work culture we have built together.
Our community is our greatest strength, and the survey results confirm the great team spirit that characterizes our work environment. When we participated for the first time last fall and were certified as a Great Place to Work, it was a confirmation of the positive work culture we had already been working towards. We are extremely proud to be included in the prestigious top 25 list in our first year.
This award is not only a testament to our strong work culture, but also to our continuous efforts to create a workplace where everyone feels included and has the opportunity to grow. Our success is built on listening to and supporting each other every day, and we will continue to strive to improve and develop our employee experience.
says Robin Hallman, HR Manager.
The survey is based on 61 statements that together measure how well organizations perform in these crucial areas. The 65 organizations with the highest scores are ranked as Sweden's Best Workplaces and may use this designation for the next 12 months.
