Thank you Mikael Malm - for 17 years of strong leadership, warmth and success
September 25, 2024 marked a milestone in Colly Flowtech's history - when our CEO since 2008, Mikael Malm, handed over the baton after 16 years as leader. Now, in April 2025, Mikael has also done his last day of work and is taking a well-deserved retirement.
Mikael Malm has not only led Colly Flowtech with a steady hand through changes, growth and development - he has also built the culture we stand on today. With warmth, presence and a strong business drive, he has been a role model for many, both within the company and in the industry.
His journey has been characterized by a genuine commitment - to customers, colleagues and the company at large. Under Mikael's leadership, Colly Flowtech has developed into a strong and respected player in flow technology, with a clear focus on both results and people.
Now new adventures await - travel, painting, home guard and more time with the grandchildren. We at Colly Flowtech would like to extend a big and warm thank you to Mikael for his efforts, and wish him all the best in the new phase of his life.
