Colly Flowtech acquires Aldax AB: Strengthens position in medtech and life science
Colly Flowtech AB, a leading player in flow technology, acquires Aldax AB, a reputable technology trading company focusing on small-scale flow components and instruments for the life science sector. The acquisition is a strategic step that strengthens Colly Flowtech's position and broadens the offering in some of the industry's most knowledge-intensive and fast-growing segments. Through the transaction, Aldax AB becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Colly Flowtech AB.

A stronger offer for customers
The acquisition broadens Colly Flowtech's product portfolio with Aldax's range of control valves, solenoid valves, pumps, regulators, couplings, hoses and sensors. Together with Colly Flowtech's established strengths in flow technology solutions, customers get a more complete offering. This means fewer touch points, higher efficiency and an easier path from individual components to integrated system solutions.
