Tufluor PTFE Biotech EN 12115
Tufluor PTFE Biotech is a suction and pressure hose for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. The hose is resistant to high temperatures and has excellent chemical and mechanical properties.
It is phthalate-free and tested in accordance with the REACH regulation. The hose is tested and certified by Ineris for use in ATEX environments. Manufactured in accordance with EN 12115.

Product specification
- Inner tube: Black conductive PTFE, phthalate-free. PTFE is a polymer with excellent resistance to high temperatures, mechanical stress, and oxidation.
- Reinforcement: Polyester reinforcement, stainless steel spiral, and antistatic braid.
- Outer tube: Smooth, white with conductive particles, low-friction material, non-marking when dragged on the floor, easy to clean, glossy. Resistant to oil, chemicals, abrasion, ageing, and ozone. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520.
- Tested in accordance with: *1907/2006/EC (REACH), *FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, *DM 21/03/1973 and subsequent amendments, *USP Class VI main requirements, *ISO 10993 - 5:2009, 11:2006, *REGULATION 1935/2004/EC, *REGULATION 10/2011/EC.
- Temperature range: -40°C - +150°C.
- Electrical properties: In accordance with EN 12115 (R < 10⁶ Ω, R < 10⁹ Ω through the hose wall).
- Working pressure (bar): 16
- Burst pressure (bar): 64
