The Ultra Low Carryover Valve has both unprecedented low carryover and the ability to reduce fluid circuit complexity by replacing multiple valves with a single valve. The valve uses a patent-pending method to increase throughput and reduce fluid waste by reducing wash times. In addition, the Ultra Low Carryover Valve offers superior performance as a gradient proportioning valve for HPLC, HbA1c and other life science applications.

The unique features of the Ultra Low Carryover Gradient Valve ensure high accuracy of gradient generation in quaternary HPLC designs. This is achieved by a combination of fast response times and a patented low volume, high throughput fluid design. This miniaturized valve allows for a reduction in the overall size of the instrument and reduces the dead volume of the system. The exceptionally long service life and resistance to crystallization ensure that the valve will last for the life of the instrument.

Parker's 18 series of PTFE manifold isolation valves provide an inert liquid-touched surface for biocompatibility and aggressive fluids with fast multi-channel response times with precise fluid control. Parker Series 18 is designed for compact installation in multi-liquid systems. Available with multiple inlets and one outlet (or vice versa), Series 18 features all fluid-affected parts in PTFE. In the Series 18, piping and connections between separate valves have been eliminated and dead volume reduced. Repeatability and fast response time make the Series 18 ideal for accurate control of small percentages of low flow fluids.

Parker Series 1 and 2 miniature PTFE valves have a completely inert fluid path. This makes them ideal for biocompatible applications and handling aggressive fluids. These valves are available in both 2-way and 3-way versions and are designed for systems where chemical compatibility is critical. The isolated flow path ensures that only PTFE and borosilicate glass come into contact with the medium. This completely separates it from the solenoid. With low internal volume and fast response times, the valves deliver highly accurate and repeatable dosing. They are also activated without any pressure or vacuum, providing flexibility and easy integration into a wide range of systems.

Parker's 99 Series valves are engineered to handle extremely high pressures while maintaining very strict leakage specifications over wide temperature ranges - all in a compact format. The valves offer outstanding precision control of both gases and liquids, making them ideal for demanding applications. Series 99 combines high speed, ultra-low leakage levels, high flow capacity and excellent temperature performance in a durable miniature design. The valves are engineered for extreme repeater accuracy and are made of corrosion-resistant, passivated stainless steel for long-term reliability. The Series 9 solenoid valve offers extreme pressure capacity, low leakage performance and wide operating temperature ranges in an exceptionally compact design. Designed for superior precision control in both gas and liquid analysis, the Series 9 combines high-speed actuation, extremely low leakage rates, high flow capacity and excellent performance at high temperatures. Despite its small size, this robust valve offers exceptional repeatability and long-term durability. Parker's Series 3 liquid valves have an inert liquid path that is ideal for aggressive liquids such as bleach and other strong solvents. The Parker C21 valve is a miniature cartridge-type solenoid valve with a compact diameter of 21 mm. The C21 valve has fast response time and long service life of up to 20 million cycles. The Parker C7 series is the smallest series of cartridge solenoid valves in our range, with a compact diameter of 7 mm. Designed for fast and reliable performance in life science applications, the C7 series combines miniature size, light weight and low power consumption with high flow repeatability and fast response times. Despite their small size, C7 valves have exceptional durability with a lifetime of up to 130 million cycles. The series is manifold mounted and available in 2-way normally closed configurations.

The Parker C15 series represents the mid-size range of the C series of cartridge solenoid valves, with a compact diameter of 15mm. Parker's LQX12 series consists of high performance 12mm insulated diaphragm valves with metal-free wetted surfaces. The Parker R9 Miniature Diaphragm Compact Series consists of 2-way and 3-way, 9 mm inert rocker valves. They are designed to provide the same fluid flow as a traditional 16mm valve, but with significantly less space requirements. Despite its compact size, the R9 can handle pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) and offers exceptional performance for its size. With a 44 % reduction in width compared to larger valves, the R9 delivers high flow, low transmission and strong resistance to particles and crystallization. This makes it exceptionally well suited for demanding fluid handling applications in both current and next generation laboratory and portable instruments.

Parker V2 is a lightweight 15mm PBT plastic solenoid valve designed for medical devices and systems that require reliable and consistent performance. This proven miniature solenoid valve has a good reputation for its durability and reliability. This makes it a popular choice among medical device and system manufacturers. Made of lightweight PBT plastic, the V2 offers flexible pneumatic and electrical design options. It supports both manifold mounting and 1/8” (3 mm) barbed tube connections.
