  Series 11/25/26 - Miniature solenoid valve

  Microproportional valve

  Spider μProp is a series of microproportional valves based on Spider technology, designed for precise control of flow or pressure in gases and liquids. The valves can be controlled using DC or PWM and are suitable for use in both open-loop and closed-loop control systems. The compact cartridge design makes the valves easy to integrate into various systems. Spider μProp is suitable for precision metering in critical applications where high accuracy, long service life, and stable control are key requirements. The series is used, among other things, in respiratory applications, fuel cell systems, and electronic flow regulators. The valves feature a flat armature that moves between the valve seat and the solenoid. The armature is mounted together with a flat spring that presses the integrated sealing element against the valve seat when the valve is de-energized. The design enables friction-free movement, high life-cycle performance, and smooth control throughout the product’s entire service life. Spider μProp valves are true proportional valves where the armature stroke—and thus the flow—can be varied by the applied coil current.
