Chemical hose UPE C EN 12115
Chemical hose suitable as suction and pressure hose for chemicals in accordance with EN 12115. The hose is tested and certified by Bureau Veritas for use in Atex environment. Manufactured in accordance with EN 12115.
- Inner tube: Black conductive UPE, phthalate free.
- Reinforcement: Textile reinforcement, steel spirals and copper braid.
- Outer tube: Smooth black conductive EPDM rubber. Resistant to abrasion, aging and ozone.
- Tested in accordance with: *1907/2006/EC (REACH), *FDA 21 cfr 177.1520, *BfR Cat III, *DM 21.03.73 eseguenti, *REGULATION 1935/2004/EC, *REGULATION 10/2011/EC.
- Temperature range: -35°C - +100°C.
- Electrical properties: Type Ω/T according to standard EN 12115 (R<106 Ω, R<109 Ω through the hose wall).
- Working pressure (bar): 16
- Burst pressure (bar): 64
