Versilon™ ReVive
Versilon™ ReVive is a transparent TPE hose made from 100% % pre-consumer recycled material. The hose is designed for handling aggressive chemicals and has excellent sealing and welding properties. It offers high chemical resistance to a wide range of liquids, including acids and bases, as well as good resistance to ozone, oxygen, and sunlight.
The manufacturing process is carefully monitored. Materials are collected from another production facility, reground, and then used in production.
To ensure traceability, the hose is assigned a batch number, making inspection and batch information easily accessible. The hose is shipped in a cardboard box containing 33–55 % of recycled material and is 100 % recyclable.
Versilon™ ReVive can also be manufactured in various sizes and coil lengths to meet specific application needs.
