MAV Series - Vertical progressive cavity pump for barrel handling
The MAV series is a vertical eccentric screw pump made of AISI 316 stainless steel, designed for vertical installation with the inlet submerged directly in the product.
The MAV series is used for transferring products and emptying drums or containers. The pump is suitable for low- to medium-viscosity liquids, as well as media containing suspended fibers and solid particles.

- The pumps can be mounted on a special cart that is operated manually or pneumatically to raise and lower the pump into the product.
- They offer constant flow without pulsations, self-priming function and low noise level.
- A wide range of drive options are available, including fixed or variable speeds with motors that have integrated frequency converters.

- Capacity: flow rates up to 9.8 m³/h and pressure up to 12 bar.
- Temperature range: 90 °C
- Material: Parts in contact with the fluid are made of polished AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Stators: GA – black NBR, GB – EPDM, GD – FKM/fluoroelastomer, GE – Hypalon®, GF – white NBR, GG – natural rubber, GJ – hydrogenated nitrile rubber, GL – SBR SCA972, and GM – white EPDM.
- Sealing options: Single internal and external mechanical seals, double mechanical seals, and cooled gland seals.
- Connections: DIN, SMS, Clamp (Other connections available upon request)
- Options: A wide selection of materials, designs, and accessories for compact, mobile, or stationary installations. Also available in an ATEX-certified version.
