CS/CSA series - Hygienic centrifugal pump
The CS/CSA series is a hygienic centrifugal pump available in a complete, modular range comprising a total of 29 sizes. The pump is designed for the food and pharmaceutical industries, ATEX-certified environments, and other demanding applications.
The pump’s design makes it possible to replace the motor while the pump is installed in the piping system, without compromising the seal. The pumps are equipped with extra internal bearings and minimal tolerances, which contribute to a robust, reliable design with higher efficiency and lower noise levels. A unique, self-draining, internally mounted seal ensures a longer service life in applications such as WFI/PW, CIP, and solvents.

- Comprehensive documentation is available as an option, with certificates and test results that simplify validation and qualification in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- There is also a wide range of options and material combinations, including vibration-damping feet and ATEX certification.
- Other options include mobile units with frequency control, inducers for low NPSH, electropolishing, and drainage options, among others.
- Flows up to 575 m3/h, pressures up to 100 mvp.
- Temperature range: -20 °C ÷ +100 °C. Higher temperatures available on request.
- Material: Wetted parts in AISI 316L acid-proof stainless steel (on request: Super duplex SAF2507, Hastelloy etc.)
- Elastomer in a range of materials such as. Nitrile (NBR), EPDM, FPM/FKM, Silicone, Special high fluorine material XP41, FEP PTFE and Perfluor FFPM - FFKM. Most materials with 1935/2004, FDA/USP6/ADI/Latex-free certificate.
- Connections: DIN - SMS - IDF - BS/RJT - DS - CLAMP and EN1092-1 PN10 flanges suitable for all international standards.
- Hygienic surface finish for Food, Pharmaceutical industry as standard and on request, Electro-polishing Ra. 0.8 or Ra.0.5 micron.
- The CS/A version also complies with EHEDG, 3A.
- There are a number of different options such as protective hoods, machine shoes, double seals, ATEX, Inducer screw, mobile units, drainage TC, frequency converters, etc.

The CV Series is a multistage centrifugal pump designed for medium- to high-pressure applications in the process industry. The pump can be mounted vertically or horizontally for flexible installation. Used for industrial applications such as washing, filtration, and water treatment circuits.
