C.S.F. Inox offers flexible barrel-emptying systems for a variety of production needs. The series consists of barrel-emptying stations equipped with pneumatic piston pumps in various sizes and configurations. The systems are manufactured using high-quality electro-pneumatic components.

Thanks to pneumatic piston pumps, the drum-emptying systems can handle a wide range of products, from low-viscosity media to viscosities exceeding 100,000 cP.

Features and benefits

The entire series is manufactured from AISI 304/EN 1.4301 stainless steel.
Fully developed PLC-controlled systems that can be easily adapted to your specific application.
Work cycles are controlled by an electropneumatic panel with a Siemens PLC.

Specifications

Flow rates up to 100 l/min and pressures up to 150 bar.
Material: AISI 304/EN 1.4301
Sealing materials: NBR, FPM/FKM, and PTFE Algoflon.
Material approvals: in accordance with FDA and EC Regulation 1935/2004.
Connections: DIN, SMS, IDF, BS / RJT – DS – CLAMP, and EN 1092-1 PN16 and gas thread/BSP connections
Optional extras: Series with several sizes and options to cover several types of applications.
