Barrel emptying system

C.S.F. Inox S.p.a. offers a wide range of seaming stations for all production needs. This range is versatile and flexible, with piston type seaming machines, available in different sizes and with varying equipment. The machines are manufactured with the highest quality electro-pneumatic components.

The whole range is made with a fully AISI 304/EN 1.4301 stainless steel structure. Thanks to the use of pneumatic piston pumps, barrel unloaders can handle a wide range of products, from low viscosities to values above 100,000 cP.

Pre-developed PLC controlled systems that can be easily adapted to your application. Work cycles are managed by an electro-pneumatic panel with Siemens PLC.
