KEOFITT® 4KAI™ - Sampling valve
KEOFITT® 4KAI™ sampling valve is one of our smallest sterilizable valves. It is designed for sampling low viscosity products (0-100 cP) with particles up to 1.5 mm in diameter. The valve is used in several industries such as brewery, dairy, pharmaceutical and biotechnology for products such as water, milk, medical solutions, filtered beer, perfume and olive oil.
The valve can be customized with different valve bodies and valve heads, as well as three diaphragm materials: silicone, EPDM and PTFE.
Compact and sterilizable design allows for precise and hygienic sampling, even in confined spaces. Flexible material choices provide customization options for different applications and ensure high product quality.
- Temperature: Rubber membrane: 0 - 130ºC; PTFE membrane: 0 - 150ºC
- Material: Steel parts: 316L (other materials on request); Diaphragm: PTFE, Silicone and EPDM FDA approved
- Dimensions (Ø of the opening): Process side: 5 mm; Outlet: inside 5 mm; outside 14 mm
- Surface fineness: Inside: Ra < 0,8 μm; Outside: Ra < 1,2 μm
