Drift - Chemidisc
Chemidisc has a unique design without ball bearings, which means there is no deposition of metal particles and no rotation problems. Chemidisc has only one moving part, the rotating disk that rotates frictionlessly on a hydrodynamic bearing, instantly transforming the washing liquid into a sphere of fast moving droplets, distributing the liquid in a complete and uniform way. The entire surface is covered as fast-moving, high-powered droplets simultaneously reach the entire surface of the tank, inlet pipe and top cabinet nozzles where contamination often occurs.

Applications - Chemidisc
The Chemidisc range is available in a wide range of sizes and is designed for use in harsh chemical environments, as an alternative to Hastelloy and in glass lined vessels. These spray cleaners are manufactured in carbon fiber filled PTFE to dissipate static electricity in potentially explosive atmospheres. Pure PTFE compatible Chemidisc is used in many pharmaceutical and other applications where the cleaning solution is corrosive to stainless steel. PEEK is available for specialty applications. The cost effectiveness and reliability of Chemidisc is specified by end users, OEMs and contract design organizations.

Drift - Turbodisc
The washing liquid entering the Turbodisc is directed towards the precision-shaped disk. Hydrodynamic bearings allow the disk to rotate frictionlessly at high speed and at any installation angle.
