Media-isolated SMA 2/2-way microvalve, 5 mm
Compact 2/2-way micro solenoid valve with media isolation, designed for ultra-low flow rates and micro-dosing applications. The design isolates the medium from the valve’s electrical components, making the valve suitable for precise control of very small volumes of air or liquid.
The valve can be configured with different nominal sizes—such as 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, and 0.3 mm—to accommodate the desired flow rate and the application's requirements.

Series 3 - Miniature valve for inert liquids
