HF Pro - Proportional miniature valve

The Parker HF PRO is a miniature 2-way, normally closed (NC) high flow proportional valve. It controls gas flow proportional to the input stream and can deliver flow rates up to 60 slpm at 50 psig.

The valve can be controlled with either DC or pulse width modulation. It can also be used in conjunction with closed loop to provide optimum system performance. The Parker HF Pro miniature proportional valve is an ideal choice for applications requiring repeatable pressure and flow control, such as respiratory and patient monitoring applications.
