Spring-loaded ball check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be called one-way valves or non-return valves. The valves are equipped with swivel couplings and a combination of ball and spring that open when the pressure difference exceeds the spring force. The pressure difference required for the valve to open is called the opening pressure. Air Logic spring-loaded ball check valves can be configured with different couplings, O-rings and opening pressures.

Normally closed check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be referred to as one-way valves or non-return valves. In the normally closed version, a combination of spring and disk is used which opens when the pressure difference exceeds the spring force. The pressure difference required for the valve to open is called the opening pressure. Air Logic normally closed check valves combine the advantages of a soft silicone valve seat and a hard floating disk, providing good sealing and high pressure ratings at back pressure.

Threaded floating disk check valves prevent flow in one direction and allow flow in the opposite direction. Check valves can also be called one-way valves or non-return valves. In this design, a disk changes position inside the valve body depending on the direction of flow of the medium. In the forward direction, the medium can flow around the disk. In reverse flow, the disk is pressed against the valve seat and stops the flow. These check valves combine the advantages of a soft silicone valve seat and a hard floating disk, providing good sealing and high pressure ratings at back pressure.

Threaded inline filters protect sensitive components from contamination in pneumatic and fluid circuits. The filters have a flat stainless steel cloth filter medium and are designed for small units or as supplementary filtration in larger systems. They have no fixed flow direction, as the filter surface and enclosure volume are equal on both sides of the filter. The filters protect the circuit from assembly residues such as Teflon tape, damaged O-rings and machining chips. The product works well with Air Logic's range of couplings for application-specific requirements, such as swivel function and replaceable filters.

Floating disk check valves have a disk that changes position inside the valve body depending on the direction of flow of the medium. In the forward direction, the medium can flow around the disk. Umbrella check valves are Air Logic's robust solution for inline mounted check valves with low opening pressures. The plastic valve bodies with preloaded elastomer umbrellas are designed for custom opening pressures below 2 psi, with standard options at 0.75 psi and below. In the forward direction, pressure lifts the umbrella and automatically opens the valve to allow flow through the circuit. In reverse flow, the umbrella is pressed against the valve seat and prevents flow from passing. Air Logic's umbrella check valve is suitable for a wide range of OEM devices and applications, including medical devices, analytical instruments, life science, consumer products and small engines.

Intake filters provide a filtered inlet path for liquid or gas into a system or device. The product may also be referred to as a dip tube filter, dip tube strainer, filtered suction or bottle filter. The large opening reduces flow resistance and makes it easy to control any accumulation of particles and debris. The filter housing is designed to maintain a functional flow even if the filter is against a flat surface, for example inside a bottle.

They have no fixed flow direction, as the filter surface and enclosure volume are equal on both sides of the filter. Polysulfone filters have a low profile design for confined spaces, while polypropylene filters have a larger diameter for increased filter area.
