The plastic valve bodies with preloaded elastomer umbrellas are designed for custom opening pressures below 2 psi, with standard options at 0.75 psi and below. In the forward direction, pressure lifts the umbrella and automatically opens the valve to allow flow through the circuit. In reverse flow, the umbrella is pressed against the valve seat and prevents flow from passing. Air Logic's umbrella check valve is suitable for a wide range of OEM devices and applications, including medical devices, analytical instruments, life science, consumer products and small engines.
