Can PVC hoses withstand chemicals and heat?

Yes, PVC hoses can withstand many chemicals and are therefore often used in environments where they come into contact with various liquids or cleaning agents. However, they are not as resistant to chemicals as hoses made of polyurethane or PTFE. Therefore, it is important to check the compatibility of the material with the specific chemical. In terms of temperature, PVC hoses can usually handle a range from around -10 °C to +60 °C. This makes them suitable for many standard applications but less suitable in very cold or hot environments.
