What are drum pumps used for?
Drum pumps are used to efficiently move liquids from larger containers to smaller vessels or directly into processes. They are used in many different industries - such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil and paint - and allow work to be done both safely and hygienically.
Our range of drum pumps
Drum pump for sodium chloride, potassium hydroxide, lye, ammonia solutions, formic acid, and acetic acid. The pump can also handle hydrochloric acid, battery acid, ferric chloride, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, citric acid, and similar substances. It is available with a single-phase 230 V electric motor or an air motor. Motors and piping are compatible with Lutz®.
All electric motors come with a built-in circuit breaker, overload protection, and a 5 m power cable with a plug. They can be supplied with or without low-voltage protection and, as an option, with a speed controller for variable flow.
Hand pump from Jessberger for safe and convenient emptying of drums and containers. The series is available in several models for different media and applications.
Hand pumps are pumps that are operated manually. Depending on the medium, different materials for the pump and seals are available. Hand pumps can be divided into three main groups: pumps for mineral oil products, pumps for chemicals and cleaning solutions, and pumps for flammable media such as gasoline and solvents.
The hand pumps shown can be used with 200-liter drums and smaller containers. If you need to dispense small amounts of media from an IBC, we can extend the suction tube on several of our hand pumps up to 1,200 mm.
Turbine flow meters from Jessberger for most products and liquids. Available with both optical readout and digital output.
The flow meter is battery-powered and is also available with a 24 V power supply.
Jessberger drum pump for diesel, heating oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, and glycol. The pump is available with a 220 V electric motor or air motor, as well as a pump housing made of aluminum or polypropylene. The motors and pump housings are also compatible with Lutz®.
All electric motors come with a built-in power switch, overload protection, and a 5-meter power cord with a plug. They are available with or without low-voltage protection and, as an option, with a speed controller for variable flow.
