What is PUPSIT?
PUPSIT is thus an integrity test that is done after sterilization but before the product flow through a filter, to verify that the filter is complete and not leaking. This test is a requirement of EU GMP Annex 1 for sterile filtration and plays an important role in ensuring that no unwanted contaminants are let through.
