TS series - Hygienic twin screw pump

The TS series is a newly developed hygienic twin screw pump, designed for applications with high demands on gentle product handling, hygiene and serviceability. This innovative design and technical solution is highly efficient, pulsation-free and reversible. It is CIP/SIP compliant and made entirely of stainless steel, with all wetted parts in solid SS316L. The pump has Ultra Hygienic front-mounted seals and a unique Swedish-made modular sealing solution for high reliability and easy UH/FU. The pump's heavy-duty gearbox allows the pump to be speed-controlled and serve as a CIP distribution pump, which gives you great advantages in avoiding external CIP pumps, by-pass systems and valves. The TS pump is primarily designed for hygienic applications in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries, but with its many features and benefits, it is ideal for most other process industries. Requires extremely low NPSHr and handles product with admixture of air, particles and is self-priming. Handles low and high viscous product, CIP distribution and reversible flow in one pump. Fitted as standard with IEC standard motors for a wide flow range.

What is a twin screw pump?

A twin screw pump is a positive displacement pump that uses two ”screws” to transport fluids. Its design allows the pump to handle a wide range of media, from low viscous to high viscous and shear sensitive media with advantage.
