Parker manufactures PTFE hoses in several designs, including industrial wall, heavy wall and metric designs. The hoses are available in fractional and metric sizes and are normally supplied in natural color, but can also be supplied with a conductive interior or as a fully conductive hose to reduce static charge. We can help with special designs, dimensions, colors and choice of conductive options.

FEP Hoses - Series 103 and 203 are used when you need chemical resistant hoses and long continuous lengths or very clear hoses. FEP hose extrusion can exceed 1,000 feet in continuous length when needed.

PFA hoses - Series 104 and 204 are used when both temperature and clarity are important factors. PFA hoses can withstand the same high temperatures as PTFE hoses, but like FEP hoses are very clear and come in long, continuous lengths.

Corrugated PTFE hose that is extremely flexible and ideal for applications requiring a tighter bend radius, higher pressure capacity or improved crush resistance.

PTFE AWG (American Wire Gauge) tubing is designed for electrical insulation applications that require high temperature resistance (can withstand soldering), chemical resistance and abrasion resistance.

The 105 and 205 series of high purity PFAs are designed for use in harsh environments where purity is critical. Tests show that a high purity PFA pipe can withstand corrosive surfactants for longer than standard PFA.

FEP corrugated hoses are extra-flexible hoses with a bending radius almost four times smaller than a smooth bore hose of the same size. They allow for tighter runs without bending the hose or reducing its inner diameter. Some parts are also available in PFA.
