Tufluor PTFE Chem Form EN 12115
Tufluor PTFE Chem Form is suitable as a suction and discharge hose for the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Resistant to high temperatures. Excellent chemical and mechanical properties. Phthalate-free, tested in accordance with the 1907/2006/CE REACH regulation. Manufactured in accordance with EN 12115.
- Inner tube: Smooth, black PTFE, conductive and phthalate-free.
- Reinforcement: Polyester reinforcement, stainless steel spiral and copper braid.
- Outer tube: Black corrugated EPDM. The material is conductive, durable, and resistant to ageing and ozone.
- Tested in accordance with: *FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 standards, *USP XXXII class VI, *ISO 10993 Sections 5,10,11:2009, *EUROPEAN REGULATION 1935/2004/CE AND *10/2011/CE.
- Temperature range: -40°C - +150°C.
- Electrical properties: In accordance with EN 12115 (R < 10⁶ Ω, R < 10⁹ Ω through the hose wall).
