The new Rockstar is based on a brand new innovative center section that makes servicing and maintenance easier than ever and provides exceptional air savings and capacity vs air consumption. Ideal for extremely tough abrasive products thanks to its flap valve design.
Made of chemical-resistant polypropylene plastic, making it suitable for a variety of media where even particles, suspensions, etc. can be handled due to the flap valve design. High chemical resistance.
Rockstar has patented newly developed air motor design with combined air motor/pilot valve. Class-leading low air consumption reduces operating costs.
You can access 95 % of the air motor side by removing only four bolts for the entire main air/pilot valve. Provides simplified maintenance with minimized service time of just 5 minutes.
Externally replaceable flap valves in robust metal for easy maintenance and inspection.
Handles contaminants and particles up to ≤ 45mm.
Extremely good suction capacity due to increased displacement.
