CSM Series - Hygienic multistage centrifugal pump
The CSM series is a hygienic multistage centrifugal pump designed for high pressures and low to medium flow rates in hygienic applications. The series is available in single-stage and multistage configurations with up to four impellers. The separately supported pump shaft is designed to withstand radial and axial forces.
Balanced, internally mounted mechanical seals ensure a service-friendly and reliable design.
- Capacity: flow rates of 50–150 m³/h and head of 60–150 m, depending on the number of stages.
- Temperature range: 0 to +100 °C. Higher temperatures available upon request.
- Material: Parts in contact with the fluid are made of electropolished cast AISI 316L/1.4404 stainless steel.
- Elastomers: EPDM, FEP, silicone, FPM/FKM, and FFPM/FFKM.
- Material approvals: FDA and EC 1935/2004.
- Connections: DIN, SMS, IDF, BS/RJT, DS, and clamp. Other international standards available upon request.
- Optional features: protective covers, machine shoes, drainage systems, double seals, and ATEX-compliant designs.
