TCK series - Magnetic drive chemistry pump ISO 2858
Magnetic drive single stage centrifugal pumps with closed impeller and dimensions according to ISO 2858 & 5199 standards, derived from the TCH series. Innovative design with real quality components.
The model offers arrangements for controlling the temperature of the magnetic coupling and pump vibrations.
Strong magnetic coupling in SmCo (Samarium - Cobalt).
Silicon carbide inner bearings.
Applications: Chemical and petrochemical processing industries, pharmaceutical and environmental industries, food industries and other applications.
Suitable for pumping clean, non-abrasive, corrosive, toxic, polluting and malodorous liquids, hot or cold.
- Flows up to 280 m3/h and pressures up to 14 Bar.
- Temperature range: - 40 °C ÷ + 250 °C (Material/application dependent)
- Materials: Wetted parts are available in Cast Iron, AISI 316L, Hastelloy C, Ductile Iron.
- Robust magnetic coupling CoSa (Samarium/Cobalt).
- Sliding bearing SIC
- Connection: UNI 2223-2229 PN16
- A number of different options are available: ATEX, heat or cold jacketing of pump housing etc.
