ASEPTIQUIK® G aseptic sterile fittings
AseptiQuik® G-connectors with a gender-neutral design make it easy to create fast and sterile connections, even when installed in a non-sterile environment. The intuitive design reduces the risk of user error and facilitates integration into different systems.
Thanks to their robust design, the couplings deliver reliable performance without the need for additional accessories such as clamps, fixtures or hose welding. For the biopharma industry, they offer a wide range of compatible flow solutions from ¼” to ¾”, with the quality and availability associated with a market leader in disposable connectors.
- Pressure: Up to 4.1 bar, 60 psi; up to 5.1 bar, 75 psi for 48 hours
- Temperature: 1°C to 40°C (34°F to 104°F)
- Gamma sterilization: Up to 50 kGy irradiation
- Autoclave sterilization high temperature (HT) version: Up to 266°F (130°C) for 60 minutes
- Connection size: 6.4 mm, 9.5 mm, 12.7 mm, 19.0 mm ID hose connection (¼”, ⅜”, ½”, ¾”) and ¾” sanitary
- Main components: Polycarbonate (white), USP Class VI, ADCF
- Pull tabs/Lock: Polycarbonate (blue, standard version), USP Class VI, ADCF Polycarbonate (white, HT version), USP Class VI, ADCF
- Seals: Silicone (clear), platinum cured, USP Class VI, ADCF
- Membrane: Polyethylene (standard version), USP Class VI, ADCF
- Hydrophobic polyether sulfone with PTFE strip (HT version), USP Class VI
- Facilitates integration of disposable systems with universal coupling between G-connectors
- FLIP-CLICK-PULL - Intuitive three-step connection process that reduces the risk of operator error
- Integrated pull tab caps - Pull tabs act as protectors that reduce part complexity and ensure simultaneous removal of both membranes
- Robust design that enables repeatable and reliable performance without the need for additional hardware
- CPC “Click” provides an audible confirmation click during assembly
