The VSO® valve provides precise flow control of gas in proportion to the input flow. The valve can be controlled by either DC or pulse width modulation along with closed loop control to provide optimum system performance.

VSO® Max HP - Proportional miniature valve for high pressure and high flow
The Parker VSO® MAX HP Series is a miniaturized, high-flow proportional valve that provides flow capacity to meet your OEM application needs. The valve delivers a wide range of controllable flows while consuming 25 % less energy than comparable miniature proportional valves. This helps to save battery time. The VSO® MAX HP Model 2 delivers 200 slpm flow at 45 PSI and is designed for higher operating pressures of 120 psi (8.27 bar), which is common in systems without a regulator. Model 4 delivers a flow of 180 slpm at 25 PSI and is designed for higher flow at lower pressure, which is common in systems with regulators.
