DEBEM AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER is a hygienically designed air operated diaphragm pump certified for MOCA - ATEX - FDA. All pumps have a patented drive package and are certified to the strictest industry regulations (such as 3A and MOCA) and can undergo the usual washing and cleaning processes (CIP - SIP - COP). The pump has a system that allows the pump to be rotated to be completely drained of liquid in both chambers. The pumps are ideal for handling liquids in sectors such as food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and hair care industries. The SANIBOXER version is 3A certified and equipped with sensors to detect diaphragm rupture to avoid contamination during operation. They are an optimal solution for the transportation of low and high viscous liquids, even with suspended solids. Pumps can be customized to meet all production needs and optimize fluid handling operations. AISIBOXER/SANIBOXER are manufactured in mechanically polished AISI 316 L with a surface finish of less than < 0.8 μm. Anti-vibration feet (3A certified for the SANIBOXER version).Debem
