MLP Series - Hygienic tube heat exchanger in contamination-free design
The MLP series from MBS is a series of double-jacketed and thus contamination-free tube heat exchangers for hygienic applications such as PW/WFI/proteins in the pharmaceutical industry.
The MLP series eliminates the need for maintenance and the risk of contamination.
Now with developed internal geometry, higher efficiency and UH-free design, this MLP is a better alternative than e.g. plate heat exchangers.
Ideal for applications such as water loops with PW/WFI, protein solutions, buffers etc. in demanding and hygienic applications
- Wide range of double-jacketed and contamination-free tube heat exchangers in SS316L for highest hygiene and reliability requirements
- Electropolished to Ra 0.5 and passivated as standard
- Customized from lengths of 0.5 m to 6 m for the best solution for your application
- Proprietary and with 5 different researched corrugation geometries for best efficiency
- UH-free and no gaskets included
- Available with mounting brackets, mineral wool/SS304 insulation, special pressure ratings, Ra 0.4 etc etc.
- Extensive calculations and documentation are included as well as tests
