MBS MLW series tube heat exchangers are designed and developed for the brewery and food industry to meet the requirements of hygiene and gentle transfer of heat/cooling to product
- Hygienic heat exchangers with internally polished surfaces, free of pockets or crevices where product can stick, and CIP/SIPable.
- Proprietary corrugations of the inner tubes provide high efficiency and effective transmission power.
- UH-free and fully welded construction, gentle on the product.
- Available in ”mono-tubs” version for highly viscous products.
- A wide range of accessories such as electropolishing, documentation packages, insulation, special materials and mounting brackets are available as add-ons.
- MBS can design complete skids for pasteurizers or USD units for dairies, for example.
