Versilon™ HP PFA Pipe
Versilon™ HP PFA from Saint-Gobain is a high purity PFA pipe for chemical distribution systems in semiconductor applications. The pipe is specifically designed for use with highly aggressive chemicals and is well suited for the semiconductor industry and other applications requiring high purity and very good chemical resistance.
The tube is made of high purity PFA plastic and is suitable for FuseBond™ manifolds and assemblies. It can be used both near wafer processing equipment and in larger chemical distribution systems.
