Manichem UPE
Manichem is a UPE hose with very high resistance to aggressive chemicals. The hose meets the stringent requirements of EN 12115:2011 for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and is electrically conductive on the inside, outside and throughout the hose wall.
It provides safe dissipation of electrostatic charges and reduces the risk of ignition when handling hazardous chemicals. For the user, this means a safer working environment, high operational reliability and reduced risk of maintenance and downtime costs.

Specifications
- ID Sizes: 3/4″ - 4″ (19mm - 100mm)
- Temperatures between -35°C and +100°C
- Pressure up to 16 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth antistatic UPE inside and antistatic EPDM rubber outside
- Flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement, can also be made with copper wires
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and steam up to +130°C for max 30 minutes
- Antistatic, full Ohm
- Withstands a wide range of aggressive chemicals
