Manichem UPE
A UPE hose with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals.
The hose meets the stringent requirements of EN 12115:2011 for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. All Manichem hoses are electrically conductive on the inside, outside and through the hose wall.
This provides the customer with a reliable solution that not only handles hazardous chemicals, but also minimizes the risk of static charges and explosions. The result is a safer working environment, reduced risk of accidents and lower maintenance and downtime costs.
- ID Sizes: 3/4″ - 4″ (19mm - 100mm)
- Temperatures between -35°C and +100°C
- Pressure up to 16 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth antistatic UPE inside and antistatic EPDM rubber outside
- Flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement, can also be made with copper wires
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and steam up to +130°C for max 30 minutes
- Antistatic, full Ohm
- Withstands a wide range of aggressive chemicals
