Food grade UPE hose that is resistant to all types of chemicals and food products.
The hose is ideal for transporting alcoholic beverages with an alcohol concentration of up to 98%, making it ideal for distilleries and breweries. Its extreme resistance to corrosive chemicals also makes it ideal for a wide range of chemical products. Excellent in handling paints and adhesives, providing extra flexibility in use.
For the customer, this means a solution that ensures safe and efficient handling of both food and chemicals, reduced risk of damage to the hose in case of aggressive substances, and minimized downtime and maintenance costs. The versatility also means fewer hose changes, saving time and money.
- ID sizes: 1/2″ - 4″ (13mm - 100mm)
- Temperatures between -35°C and +100°C
- Pressure up to 10 bar and full vacuum
- Food grade UPE inside and blue butyl rubber (BIIR) outside
- Very flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement
- Handles the tougher kind of cleaning/disinfecting and sterilization up to +130°C for max 20-30 minutes
- Complies with: FDA
- Free from Animal Derivatives and Phthalates
