Dynamic Safe-Tech
MTG DYNAMIC® SAFE-TECH is a high performance ”Full Ohm” hose. It is ideal for the safe transportation of cosmetic, pharmaceutical and extremely flammable chemicals in environments where safety is paramount.
Manufactured according to EN 12115:2011, this hose is designed to effectively dissipate electrostatic charges not only on the surface (hose inside and outside R < 10⁶ Ω), but also through the entire hose wall (R < 10⁹ Ω), providing a comprehensive protection solution.
For the customer, this means not only meeting the safety requirements of EN 12115:2011. It also results in reduced downtime, increased productivity and a safer working environment for staff. This leads to lower risks, fewer accidents and potentially saved costs for repairs and accident management. In the long term, it brings both economic and safety benefits.
- ID Sizes: 1/2″ - 3″ (13mm - 76mm)
- Temperatures between -40°C - +150°C
- Pressure up to 10 bar and full vacuum
- Smooth antistatic PFA inside and Marble UPE outside
- Flexible, fabric and steel reinforcement
- Withstands normal cleaning/disinfection and sterilization up to +130°C for max 30 minutes
- Complies with: EX, FDA, USP Class VI and ISO 10993
- Free from Animal Derivatives and Phthalates
